Lahore Beauty College is the brain child of a self-made person Mr. S. G. A. Rehmani, who has dedicated his life for developing and sustaining a strong and powerful beauty therapy industryIn Pakistan. Previously, the beauty salon industry was stagnant due to lack of skilled work force and the taboos associated with this industry prevented the well-educated women to establish beauty salons and manage their business independently and efficiently. After launching Keune Hair Cosmetics in Pakistan in the year 1989, Mr. Rehmani worked hard day and night to establish the brand and to provide top-notch beauty therapy products to the beauty salons and the home users. It was for the first time in the history of Pakistan that a cosmetics company organized a grand mega event in Avari Hotel Lahore.
It took a lot of convincing for the beauticians to come and attend this mega event as the beauty therapy industry was in its adolescence and the overall atmosphere of the country was conservative. With a glamorous launching show, there was no stopping of Keune. Hair Cosmetics which dentified itself as a pioneer in Hair Cosmetics education and training. While the competitors were speechless at this new methodology of working, sales of Keune multiplied day by day. Today, Keune is the top selling brand in Pakistan only due to the fact that the company worked hard with its clients, identified their training needs and reached out to the consumers even in the far flung areas of the Country. Since Mr. Rehmani had big plans for the beauty industry and his innovative thinking led to the establishment of Lahore Beauty College in 2003, the first of its kind in Asia which provides all aspects of Beauty Therapy Education under one roof.
The first Branch was opened in Lahore and it received a huge response from the beauty industry. Apart from that, Mr. Rehmani worked hard to introduce a complete high-quality makeover and skincare range in Pakistan as well.This resulted in introduction of StageLine Cosmetics and Brunovassari Skincare Ranges, all imported from Spain.Seeing the overall market buying power, Mr. Rehmani identified and took the task to cater the needs of the developing beauty salons and worked day and night to introduce brands that are more cost effective. The result is the introduction of Eveline Skincare products and Verita Cosmetics, both imported from Europe.
